What are the conditions of the Bandler NLP Master Practitioner training?

  • Prerequisites : Bandler NLP Practitioner
  • Modalities : These trainings are basically given exclusively face-to-face. However, if necessary , the first 6 days can be followed by Zoom but the last 3 days must remain face-to-face.

What are the certification requirements?

Quality is the key word in our training. Thus, to ensure that our students will not be “one master practitioner among many others”, but indeed an excellent Master Practitioner, obtaining the Bandler certificate is subject to all the following conditions:

  • Training : Having followed the 9 days (63 hours) of training
  • Practice as a Master Practitioner : Following the training, you need to give 20 hours of NLP sessions, as a Master Practitioner, to training colleagues (at least two different colleagues). Allow 15 minutes more after each session to write a self-evaluation of the session, which must be provided for obtaining the certificate.
  • Practice as a Client : Following the training, you need to receive 20 hours of NLP sessions, as a client, from training colleagues (at least two different Master Practitioners). Allow 15 minutes more after each session to write a feedback of the session for the practitioner, which must be provided for obtaining the certificate.

The NLP Master Practitioner training therefore lasts 113 hours.

What does the NLP Master Practitioner training bring?

Now that you have been able to practice NLP following your participation in the Bandler NLP Practitioner training, and that you have been able to " sweep in front of your door ", it is time to take the next step and integrate the art of NLP into conversational mode, and applied to others  !

As for the NLP Practitioner, the key words of our training are empowerment and accountability . In our courses, after the NLP Practitioner training, we asked you to work on yourselves and be your own testing ground , and we gave you the tools and the means to do so. It is only now that you have cleaned up the house that the NLP Master Practitioner training leads you to work effectively with others . Remember, it is difficult for a lame person to help another lame person. You yourself must be well aligned and stable in order to be able to truly contribute something to others. It is also possible then to continue with the NLP Coach training.

What are the objectives of the Bandler NLP Master Practitioner training?

  • Deepen the real NLP (NLP), at the source

  • Increase the speed of change with NLP propulsion systems
  • Make the most of the narrow border between reality and imagination to go even further
  • Optimize timelines to ensure the achievement and sustainability of a change

What are the specificities of our training?

Being a trainer is a vocation, not just a certificate or a title

Michel Wozniak and Nathalie de Marcé are trained at the highest level with Richard Bandler. They actively participate as assistants in the trainings given by Dr. Bandler, and have thus followed a total of more than thirty times the training at the origin of NLP. Michel Wozniak was also in charge of the translation of some of those trainings into French, which gave him very special access to Richard Bandler, to understand with the precision of a watchmaker what he does and how he does it. Only a handful of trainers in the world have had this opportunity and involvement.

Two full-time trainers is the price of quality

Our main concern is quality . Thus, throughout the training, your support will be provided by two trainers co-facilitating all the sessions, and assistants who are themselves at least NLP Master Practitioners. We invest in you, and that's the price of quality .

Teaching by example

We have chosen to experience NLP ourselves before transmitting it, because we firmly believe in the power of example . In training, we share these strategies of excellence which have enabled Michel Wozniak, for instance, to be a bronze medalist at the world speed reading championships, to climb 3 hierarchical levels in 6 months in a multinational, to overcome the consequences of a burnout much faster than the average. Nathalie also had an extraordinary professional development, thanks to the application of the principles of NLP.

An absolutely unique follow-up on the training social group

To our knowledge, no other training institution offers a social group on which the two trainers as well as the assistants stay for at least 6 months after a training, to answer questions , to clarify the themes, etc. This resource is invaluable , because unlike other institutes, with us, the end of the training is only the beginning of a real on-the-job learning experience.

Supervised post-training practice

The hours of practice required after the training (20 hours as a practitioner and 20 hours as a client) make it possible to truly integrate the skills and the NLP attitude . We are with you throughout your training course and we guide you to make NLP a daily practice.
