Andrea sees herself as a bridge builder and a connector of dots. Andrea thrives when supporting organisations and individuals transform their complex challenges into opportunities for growth through strategic guidance and empathetic facilitation.

As a double-accredited mediator, former crisis manager and trainer, she is particularly fascinated by our decision-making skills as humans in situations of conflict, crisis, and uncertainty.

With more than 14 years’ organisational experience in leading executive roles in the diplomatic, academic and business world, Andrea aims to bring clarity, calm and sustainable solutions to corporate and individual clients wishing to find a better way to deal with conflict, crisis, and uncertainty.

With an academic foundation in Intercultural Communication, Law, Conflict & Security Studies, Andrea is a strong believer in life-long learning. Hence, she continued to invest in her learning through numerous certificates in Crisis Management (Harvard Kennedy School; GCSP), Organisational Leadership (INSEAD), and Business Strategy (Cornell). In her functions as mediator and responsible for crisis management/communication, Andrea observed first-hand the challenges leaders face when leading through crisis, conflict and uncertainty. Andrea learned how secular mindfulness can bring tangible benefits to decision-makers, and hence became a teacher for Mindfulness-Based Strategic Awareness Training (MBSAT, Singapore Management University) to support professionals and leaders to improve their decision-making and leadership skills especially in uncertain times.
