Kate Benson

Kate Benson is the International Director of Education for the Society of NLP and is the foremost Master Trainer of NLP working in the field of education.

Following a trailblazing career in Education she co-founded and directed her first Training company, in 1994. Kate collaborates closely with Dr Richard Bandler, the co-founder of NLP, and their latest collaboration culminated in their book ‘Teaching Excellence – the definitive guide to NLP for Teaching and Learning’.

With 30 years of experience in teaching thousands of teachers to improve the quality of teaching and learning, Kate continues to drive learning excellence through Meta, the training company she founded in 2000. She is the only Master Trainer licensed to certify and deliver the Society of NLP Teaching Excellence certification.

Kate’s focus, passion and commitment to learning and change combine perfectly with her expertise in NLP and leading edge educational research. This powerful combination translates in bigger, easier, faster transformational results for all who work with her.
