Kay Cooke

Kay Cooke is a NLP Master Trainer, Coach, Therapist and author. She lives in Northumberland, UK.

Kay’s background includes working in health promotion, sports development and business lecturing. In 2004 she was awarded ‘North East Woman Entrepreneur of the Year’ for an innovative arts business in the UK. She has Coached, Mentored, Taught, and Lectured - children, adults and social groups in many countries.

As a Master Trainer in NLP and an Advanced Master Practitioner, Kay is a member of the Society of NLP’s assisting team supporting Richard Bandler's international trainings. She is also an assistant at Paul McKenna’s UK based hypnosis trainings.

Her hobbies include reading, writing, being in nature, painting, drawing, spending time with family friends and her dogs. Kay’s artwork has been exhibited in the UK under the title of ‘surface to deep’ reflecting her interest in the symbolic nature of the conscious/unconscious mind relationship.

Kay is a trustee of Dilston Physic Garden and a volunteer Samaritan.

Happy Brain

In 2010, Kay created a 'thrive' model called Happy Brain - next generation thinking. Happy Brain is a specialist application of NLP and uses play and creativity to simplify many educational, psychological and scientific models.
